The Division of Development and Planning(Institute of Higher Education) focuses on three key tasks consisting of development planning of university cause, disciplinary construction and campus building. It is in charge of the specific assignments embracing university scientific planning, project survey and demonstrating, policy-making consultation, higher educational research and data statistics etc.
